I wake up around 05.00 am to pray subuh, then I’m helping my mom to prepare my younger sister before go to school, you know like wake them up and prepare food for them. It take around 30-40minutes to prepare everything. After my younger sister go to school then it’s time to prepare myself to go to college. The very first thing I do is take a shower, then I choose the outfit I want to wear for college and do anything else like touch up and have a breakfast, it need around 40minute. When everything is finished I’m going to college by motorcycle and it takes around 35-45minutes. I reach the campus at 7.10 am. Usually after college I hanging out with my friends. Muthia Ratuzzahrah 1EA35 17214658 BI Policy Hampers Property Sector Growth TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Eddy Hussi, chairman of the Real Estate Indonesia Association (REI), said that property sector growth in the first semester of 2014 had slowed down to by 10 to 15 percent compared to the same period last year. He said that high Loan to Value (LTV) interest rate determined by Bank Indonesia (BI) is one of the causes of the property sales weakening . Unstable rupiah exchange rate and presidential election contributed to the slowdown. “ Less demand is make a little development , but no project has been stopped ,” said Eddy.
